Great school
Shelby schools are great. The teachers are involved and are all for helping and teaching the kids. They have plenty of sports and extra after school programs! The only two big flaws this school is the early childhood teachers and safety! When registering kids they will tell you there is no space and you are on a so called "waiting list" and next thing you know all family related with teachers and office personal and friends. So your kids will not have a chance to a early start in school if you are not good friends or related with front office and staff in early childhood center. Safety is a big problem here. I've seen parents just walk in and not register with office which in my option is putting every child and faculty staff in danger. I hope they can make changes in the future.
